Something we’ve learned from working with countless Executives and Teams is that people are operating in an energy deficit. It’s clear that the last thing they need is another item on their ‘to do’ list; another framework that goes in one ear and out the other; another training that doesn’t actually create meaningful, long-lasting change.

Your time is precious, so our mission is to ensure that every touchpoint you have with us feels worthy of it. As such, our 14-week signature Course is based on a ‘We Provide, You Decide’ model - giving you space and autonomy around how you choose to engage in the variety of touchpoints we offer.

Let’s be clear, we’re not here to micro-manage. We’re here to offer you everything you need to level up your leadership - the wisdom, experience, conversations, content, community, activities and reflections (just to name a few!). But ultimately, you’re in charge of the value you get out of this experience.

As more of a stay and play (rather than a tick and flick) kind of vibe, we intentionally attract and invite Executives who are committed, curious and keen to participate fully. But as a minimum:

• You are expected to attend all Group Sessions
• You are encouraged to complete the learning online
• You are invited to opt into 1:1 Coaching, the additional supportive resources (books, podcasts etc), Zen Sessions and Take it to your Team.

An approach that’s flipped the traditional training model on its head - we begin with integration (experience) and follow up with the understanding (theory)

So, rest assured that even though this course is virtual, it is not a death by PowerPoint! We believe the learning is in the doing... we give you an inch online, so you can run a mile at work.

Also, for the record - one of the reasons we’ve made this program virtual (apart from the convenience factor for you!) is to make sure location is no limitation. We want inspired leaders from around the world to have a seat at the table, and come together in a melting pot of experiences, industries, cultures and perspectives.
