Booking Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Booking Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the booking and participation in the inspired Leadership Collective (“iLC”) Signature 3-Month Course ("Course") offered by inspired Leadership Collective ("we", "us", "our"). By booking and participating in the Course, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not proceed with the booking.

Booking and Payment

Booking Process

To secure your place in the Course, you must complete the online booking form and submit the required payment. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

Payment Terms

Full payment of the Course fee is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept payment via credit card or Direct Debit through a tax invoice. Your booking is not confirmed until full payment is received.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of your booking and payment, we will send you a confirmation email with details of the Course.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations by You

If you need to cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the Course start date: Full refund minus a $500 administrative fee.
Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the Course start date: 25% refund.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the Course start date: No refund.

Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel the Course if necessary, including but not limited to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel the Course, you will receive a full refund of the Course fee. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation.

Course Participation

Attendance

You are expected to attend all scheduled sessions of the Course. If you are unable to attend a session, please notify us in advance. We do not offer refunds or make-up sessions for missed classes.

Conduct

You agree to participate in the Course in a respectful and professional manner. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

Materials

All Course materials provided by us are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share the materials with others without our prior written consent.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and information provided during the Course are the intellectual property of iLC or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Course content without our express written permission.

Liability

Disclaimer

The Course is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Course, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your participation in the Course.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your participation in the Course or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which iLC is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. Your continued participation in the Course following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
