Please read this agreement carefully. 

1. Course Duration:
   The Course runs for 14 weeks, starting from the Welcome session as specified in the Course Overview.

2. GST
   Australian GST is automatically applied at checkout. If you are not based in Australia are are not subject to GST, you can process the payment online and email [email protected] to request a refund of the GST amount, or request a tax invoice without the GST.
   

3. Payment:
   Payment is due upon registration. You may pay via Credit Card online or request a tax invoice. Your registration is not confirmed until payment is recieved.

4. Cancellations by You:
   If you need to cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. 

   • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the Course start date: Full refund minus a $500 administrative fee.
   • Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the Course start date: 75% refund.
   • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the Course start date: No refund.

5. Cancellations by Us
   We reserve the right to cancel the Course if necessary, including but not limited to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel the Course, you will receive a full refund of the Course fee. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation.

6. Participation:
   Active participation is essential. We expect you to attend all sessions and complete the course materials to get the most out of this experience.

7. Content Access:
   Course materials, including recordings and resources, are provided for personal use only. You agree that you will not share them without permission.

8. Confidentiality:
   We value a safe and supportive environment. Please respect the privacy of fellow participants and keep all shared personal information confidential.

9. Communication:
   All course-related communications will take place via email or designated platforms. Please check these regularly for updates.

10. Changes:
    We reserve the right to make changes to the course content. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

    This course is designed for personal and professional growth. We are not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on the program content.
